Do you have a Global Positioning System (GPS) unit but aren’t sure how to use it? We’ll teach you the basics as we learn how to go Geocaching! In this high-tech treasure hunt, we’ll search for a hidden container using only latitude and longitude coordinates. The whole family can get in on the fun!

Dino dig on the beach for kids (Grades K to 3) - Come on down to the beach to learn about dinosaurs and fossils. This is your chance to become paleontologists as we dig through the sand and find the lost skull of a tyrannosaurus rex.

Then come explore one of Long Island’s only fully handicapped accessible hiking trails. The hard-pack trail or boardwalk is appropriate for all types of mobility aides. We’ll pass through ponds and forests with opportunities to see, touch, smell and hear nature. All abilities are welcome.
