Project WILD Workshop

Free Teacher Training

Workshop duration: 3 hrs

Facilitator: Ron Gelardi (NYSDEC Environmental Educator)

Open to: Formal and non-formal educators of students in grades K-12.

Registration required, no fee for the workshop.  Lesson guides provided courtesy of NYSDEC.

 

This award-winning workshop offers lessons and activities intended to teach wildlife-based conservation and environmental education to teachers and community leaders.  Participants be the students during the workshop, learning as they go.  The goal of these activities is to foster a sense of stewardship in students grades K-12, promoting responsible actions toward wildlife and related natural resources.   (www.projectwild.org)
